Moneytree Software collects personally identifiable information (PII), such as your and/or your end-users’ e-mail addresses,names, home or work addresses and telephone numbers. Moneytree Software also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you and/or your end-users, such as your and/or your end-users’ ZIP codes, ages, genders, preferences, interests, and favorites.
Information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected by Moneytree Software. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Website addresses. This information is used byMoneytree Software for the operation of the Services, to maintain quality of the Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Moneytree Software Website.
Keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through MoneytreeSoftware public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Moneytree Software does not read any of your private online communications.

All Moneytree resources, including data storage facilities and engineering are and will continue to be located exclusively within the United States. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to our subscription processing service, Maxio, LLC, it is protected using encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
III) USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Moneytree Software collects and uses your and/or your end-users’ personal information to operate the Moneytree Software website and deliver the services you and/or your end-users have requested. Moneytree Software also uses your and/or your end-users’ PII to inform you and/or your end-users of other products or services available from Moneytree Software and its affiliates.Moneytree Software may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Moneytree Software keeps track of the Website and pages our customers visit within Moneytree Software, to determine what Moneytree Software Services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Moneytree Software to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Moneytree Software does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to Third-Party Services. Moneytree Software may, from time totime, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your and your end-users’ unique PII is not transferred to the Third-Party Service. In addition, Moneytree Software may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, provide customer support, send you email or postal mail, or arrange for deliveries.
V) USE OF COOKIES
The Moneytree Software Website uses “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience, including storing and managing your preferences and settings, analyzing how you use the Site, and measuring the effectiveness of communications to you. Acookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies help Moneytree Software improve security of the Website and Services Moneytree Software provides.
